Monday’s Child #30

It’s time for the moon to go to sleep
To set its head upon a hidden starry bed
But it lingers and the night can’t turn to day
not with the moon behaving this way
So the lady – keeper of the moon
floats out of her tower on high
and herds the moon gently to beddy-bye.
